order to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy, the protection
of your information and adherence to all applicable laws and conventions.

normal operation of services, we collect, but not disclose, information
about you. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice
explaining our information practices and the choices you can make
about the way your information is collected and used.
1. Information
Movers of the Valley Collects
To subscribe
to our newsletter(s), clients give us contact information (like
your name and email address), and demographic information (like
your zip code). In the future, if you decide to purchase any value-added
services we offer, then we will need to collect certain financial
information, such as your credit card number, credit card expiration
date, and billing address ("Financial Information"). Financial Information
that is collected is used to check your qualifications for registration,
to bill you for products and services, and for other purposes. We
do not share Financial Information with outside parties except to
the extent necessary to provide you with the value-added service.
2. Our Use
of Your Information
If you give
us your permission, we use customer contact information from the
registration form to send you information and promotional material
about Movers of the Valley. Your contact information is also used
to contact you when necessary. If you choose to receive Member communications,
you may cancel your email subscription(s) at any time simply sending
any email to relocation@moversofthevalley.com with the word, "unsubscribe"
in the Subject line.
3. Our
Disclosure of Your Information
Movers of the Valley will
never sell or rent for consideration any personally identifiable
information about you or your business to any third party.
Movers of the Valley cannot
ensure that all of your personally identifiable information will
never be disclosed in ways not described in this Privacy Policy.
For example, we may be required to disclose personally identifiable
information to the government or by court order under certain circumstances,
or other situations may arise requiring such disclosure. This site
contains links to other sites. Movers of the Valley is not responsible
for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites.
4. Security

Internet can never be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and Movers of
the Valley does not warrant that your information will be absolutely
secure. Any transmission of data on or through the use of the Movers
of the Valley site is at your own risk.
